Block 2 - Park East on the east side of the Milwaukee River.  Parcel is bounded by N. Water Street, N. Broadway Street, E. Ogden Street, and N. Milwaukee Street.

CLARIFICATION:  In the "RFP INSTRUCTIONS" document on page 7, the paragraph titled "Purchase Price" is to be deleted entirely and replaced by the following language.  "$3.2 Million minimum purchase price for the entire Block 2, inclusive of the alley area.  Block 2 comprises 99,655 square feet or 2.28 acres."
