STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS

Chapter 9 - Code of Ethics, C.G.O, refers to the filing of a statement of economic interests.  A copy of the form, its inserts, and its in  structions are available by clicking on the colored links below. 

 

  • All annual and quarterly candidate filers must complete all portions of the Statement of Economic Interests Form; List for Gifts, Honoraria, fees, and expenses form (if any); and a Sworn Affidavit

 

  • If a filer has to amend any portion of their Statement of Economic Interests Form, the filer must complete the Amendment and a Sworn Affidavit.

Statement of Economic Interests Form -- Section 9.03(4) "Each person required to file a statement of economic interests shall file updated statements with the ethics board within thirty (30) days after the closing of each calendar year.  No person required to file a statement of economic interests under this section may receive his/her salary or other compensation until he/she files such statement of economic interests. . . ."

 

Affidavit -- Section 9.03(5) "All county elected officials and county employees referred to in section 9.03 of this chapter shall, within thirty (30) days after the close of each calendar year, file with the ethics board a sworn affidavit regarding compliance with this chapter on a form shown as appendix A to this chapter."

Amendment -- For use to add or cancel previously declared information on the Statement of Economics Interests Form

 

Complete Form-- All forms necessary to file the Statement of Economic Interests
